2. How to exercise them

2.1 From the app

  • Delete my account: Profile → Delete my account. Automatic cascade: wipes sessions, readiness, meals, events, the document users/{uid} and finally the Firebase Authentication user.
  • Edit anthropometric data: Profile → Edit profile.
  • Cancel Premium: from your Apple ID or Google account settings.

2.2 By email

Email support@meetagape.com with:

  • Your name and account email (or Apple Private Relay alias).
  • The right you exercise (access, rectification, erasure, portability, etc.).
  • Reasonable proof of identity (e.g., reply from the registered email).

2.3 Via AEPD form

You can lodge a complaint at aepd.es.

3. Access and portability

We deliver data in structured JSON, organised by slices (profile, anthropometry, training, nutrition, premium) and sub-collections (sessions, readiness, meals, events).

4. Rectification

Most rectifiable fields are in-app. For non-editable fields (e.g., an erroneous creation date), write to us.

5. Erasure (right to be forgotten)

You may request erasure when:

  • Data is no longer necessary for the purposes collected.
  • You withdraw consent and no other legal basis exists.
  • You legitimately object to processing.
  • Data was unlawfully processed.

Cascade deletion completes within 30 days. Operational logs may remain up to 90 days for security and fraud prevention, then auto-purged. Premium receipts are kept 6 years for accounting compliance.

6. Restriction and objection

You may request that we temporarily restrict processing (e.g., while disputing) or object to processing based on legitimate interest. We weigh the specific case and always answer in writing.

7. Automated decisions

Selection of the periodization model and load adjustments by readiness are automated decisions (Article 22 GDPR). They have no legal or significant effects on you, but you have the right to:

  • Receive meaningful information about the logic applied.
  • Obtain human intervention by the controller.
  • Express your point of view and contest the decision.

Request it at support@meetagape.com with the subject "Automated decision — review request".

8. Withdraw consent

Sensitive health-related data (weight, body fat, declared pain) are processed under your explicit consent. You may withdraw it at any time:

  • By deleting the corresponding data in the app.
  • By emailing support@meetagape.com.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

9. Response timelines

We respond to requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. In complex cases we may extend two additional months, informing you within the first month. Exercising rights is always free of charge.

10. Complaint with authority
