How to delete your Fitenome account and all your personal data. Two options.
Before you start: if you have an active Premium subscription, deleting the account does not cancel billing. Cancel first from your Apple ID or Google Play to avoid renewals. Your Premium access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid.
Option 1 — From the app
Fastest path: deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Open the Fitenome app.
Go to Profile (bottom-right icon).
Tap Delete my account and confirm.
The server function deleteAccount cascades through the sub-collections sessions, readiness, meals and events, the document users/{uid}, and finally your Firebase Authentication user.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you no longer have access to the app, or prefer a written request, drop us a line. We reply within 30 days with confirmation.
Account: email (or Apple Private Relay alias), name, photo and identity provider.
Training: plan, microcycles, completed sessions, readiness check-ins and PRs.
Nutrition: macro profile, food entries, preferences and saved suggestions.
Anthropometry: weight, height, estimated body fat % and historical measurements.
Identifiers and state: UID, Premium entitlement in users/{uid}.premium, events and quota counters.
What is kept for a while
Operational logs (Google Cloud Logging): up to 90 days for security and fraud prevention.
Premium purchase receipts: up to 6 years as a Spanish accounting obligation (Art. 30 Commercial Code).
Such data is de-personalised or untied from your identity where not strictly necessary. Your UID and personal data are not retained beyond the cascade described.
